If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Movement Academy, the following applies: No sharing or sale of SMS data. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes, and your consent to receive SMS messages, will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes under any circumstances. We share mobile numbers only with the messaging service providers who deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

Types of messages. We may send appointment confirmations and reminders, program check-ins and coaching follow-ups, responses to your inquiries, and occasional promotional or informational messages about our services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your relationship with us, typically 2–8 messages per month.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Movement Academy is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive text messages in order to purchase any goods or services from Movement Academy.

Health information. Standard text messaging is not a fully secure or encrypted channel. By consenting to text communications, you acknowledge this and agree not to send sensitive health information by text unless you accept that risk. We limit health-related detail in outbound messages accordingly.
